Inter Equity Trading employs multiple instructors to deliver various sections of the curriculum. The allocation of teaching responsibilities among instructors is determined by the company and may change at any time without notice.

Disagreement with or personal preference regarding a specific instructor does not constitute a valid reason for refund or dispute.

Access to the Website

We do not guarantee that access to the Website, Discord community, WHOP platform, or any associated service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may temporarily or permanently discontinue the Website or any services provided without notice. Inter Equity Trading is not liable for any interruptions or unavailability of services.

Minors

Inter Equity Trading does not provide services to individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years old, you are not permitted to use this Website or our services.

Community Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Access to Inter Equity Trading's Website, Discord community, WHOP platform, and educational resources is a privilege, not a right.

Inter Equity Trading reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any member's access without prior notice for conduct including, but not limited to:

• Soliciting, recruiting, or attempting to redirect members to other communities, services, mentorships, or platforms
• Promoting competing trading services or communities
• Direct messaging members for self-promotion, marketing, or business solicitation
• Sharing, recording, reproducing, screenshotting, or redistributing proprietary course materials, live sessions, or educational content
• Creating derivative products, courses, communities, or services using Inter Equity Trading content
• Harassment, abuse, threats, disruptive behavior, or conduct that negatively impacts the community
• Attempting to bypass payment systems or share paid access
• Filing chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith

Any termination resulting from violation of these Terms will result in immediate removal of access without refund.

Termination for misconduct does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, strategies, frameworks, terminology, branding, videos, PDFs, live sessions, trade breakdowns, and educational content are the exclusive intellectual property of Inter Equity Trading.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, public posting, sharing, recording, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in termination of access without refund and may subject the violator to legal action.

Payment

All fees for services are listed on our Website and are in U.S. dollars. Payments must be made through accepted payment methods.

You agree to pay for all services you purchase and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

If your payment method fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services.

Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription service, your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it.

You can cancel your subscription from your WHOP Dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Failure to cancel before renewal does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Refunds and Cancellations

All refund requests and cancellations are governed by our official Refund Policy.

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

• Subjective dissatisfaction
• Personal opinion of teaching style
• Instructor preference
• Failure to understand course concepts
• Lack of profitability
• Inactivity or lack of participation
• Removal due to violation of these Terms

By purchasing any Inter Equity Trading product or service, you confirm that you have reviewed the curriculum overview, instructor structure, and refund terms prior to purchase.

We may still send promotional communications unless you opt out.

Indemnification
